User Obligations

Payment Terms
Subscription fees for our analytics platform are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with thirty (30) days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods.
If payment is not received within the specified time frame, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services until payment is brought current.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our analytics platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.
We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance that may affect service availability. In case of unplanned outages, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, droxenalin.top Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Malta, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
European Union Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.
